
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cyprus issued a decree on 12 March 2021 based on which the deadline for submission of corporate tax returns (TD4) and personal income tax returns (TD1), of individuals preparing audited financial statements, for 2019 is extended from 31 March 2021 to 30 September 2021. This is part of the measures implemented in response to the hardship caused by COVID-19 and the restrictions imposed to deal with it.
