No matter what is going on around the world (and there is quite a lot going on!) everything has been overshadowed over the last few weeks by the buzz (or shall it be “Trump”?) word…TARIFFS!!!
What has been going on around the world since the US President decided to “give away” tariffs as if they were Easter eggs is incredible…
People started talking about the nightmare of inflation returning, global economy taking a steep downturn, tension between different countries escalating and even worse, the return to an era we have all considered as bygone…that of protectionism.
Hopefully the spirit of reconsideration (?) that showed up over the last few days will prevail.
It is, however, in times like this that we all need to pause on some occasions from our routine concerns and habits, for relaxation, reflection and spending time with our loved ones.
