With an announcement dated 14 November 2025, the Insolvency Service made known that the issuance of electronic certificates related to voluntary liquidations has commenced. The service relates to two types of certificates, the certificate of appointment of liquidator and the certificate of dissolution, related to voluntary liquidation. A simple online procedure needs to be followed for the electronic generation of each of the certificates, which can be accessed by clicking here and here.
