Further to our previous newsfeed, on 10 June 2025, the Tax Department announced that the submission of the Withholding Tax and Contributions Return, otherwise known as the Employer’s Return, for years up to and including 2023, via the TAXISnet system is terminated. The reason is because the process of transferring the Employer’s Return to the Tax For All (TFA) Portal has commenced.
Until the process is concluded, the submission or revision of the Employer’s Return for tax years up to and including 2023, will not be possible, either via TAXISnet system or via the TFA Portal.
The Tax Department, will issue a further announcement about the exact date of the transfer of the Employer’s Return to the TFA Portal.
