Following our previous newsfeed, on 26 June 2025, the Tax Department announced that payment of withheld taxes and contributions (PAYE/DAS) through the Tax Portal will not be possible from 1 July 2025 onwards. The reason is because the process of transferring the Withholding Tax and Contributions Return (Employer’s Return) to the Tax For All (TFA) Portal is in process.
Upon completion of the process, the payment of the relevant taxes and contributions will be done through the TFA Portal, as follows:
- Through the TFA Portal with credit/debit card
- Through local banks offering this facility, either electronically or physically, based on the reference number generated by the TFA Portal.
