Tax For All Portal Back to Operation

Further to our previous newsfeed on this, the Tax For All (TFA) Portal became operational again as from 21 July 2025. As per an announcement by the Tax Department dated 18 July 2025, the starting date for submission of the monthly  Withholding Tax and Contributions Return (Employer’s Return) for 2025 as well as of the annual Employer’s Return for 2024 through the TFA Portal will be announced at a later stage.

In the same announcement it is stated that the deadline for submission of the Employer’s Return for 2024 is extended until 31/12/2025.

It is also clarified that the payment of withheld taxes and contributions (PAYE/DAS) will continue to be carried out through the Tax Portal, until the completion of the transfer of the procedure to the TFA Portal.

A new website has been created to offer information, guidance and support in relation to the TFA Portal.
